1. Other nails shop/ nail technician's work

  • To maintain the highest standard of quality and ensure the health of your natural nails, I DO NOT  work over or fill sets done by other nail technicians or salons. All new clients with existing enhancements will be required to book new set. This allows me to start with a clean foundation using my own products, techniques, and prep methods.

 

  • I do not offer removal services for work not done by me. This policy is in place to ensure that each appointment is used fully to focus on creating a high-quality set or design specifically tailored to you. Work done by other salons/ nail techs often vary in product and technique, which can take additional time to remove and affect the quality of my work. That time is better spent perfecting your new set and achieving the best results possible.

  • If you currently have nails done elsewhere, please ensure they are removed prior to your appointment. Thank you for understanding and supporting the quality and consistency of my work!​

 

2.  Booking & deposit​

  •   I required a card on file and a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $20 at the time of booking and it will be applied toward your nails service on the day of your appointment. . The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE if you were to cancel for any reason. See image below for reference to save a card on file when booking. 

  • Appointments booked without a card save on file will be declined.

  • A processing fee of 3.5% + .30c (=$1) will be added to your deposit total that goes toward the card processing company and is non refundable. The remaining balance will be paid at check out after your service is completed via Credit/ Debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay.

  • All new clients are required to complete the New Client Form immediately after submitting the deposit payment. The form can be accessed via the button at the final step of the checkout process. Please note: your appointment will not be confirmed until this form is submitted. See the sample image below for reference.

  • ​​​​​​​​If you're booking 2 or more appointments, please submit the request separately for each appointment. 

 

  • Appointments are not considered officially booked until you receive a confirmation text to your phone number, or an acceptance email. Please make sure your email and phone number are provided correctly when booking.

​​​3. Late policy​​​

  • I offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, please understand that your nail design may need to be simplified so I can finish on time and not delay the next client’s appointment.

 

  • I value every client’s time, including yours, and this policy helps me provide the best service possible to everyone throughout the day. If you believe you are running late to your appointment, please notify me immediately with your estimated arrival time frame.

4.  Cancellation/ reschedule policy​

  • Deposits will not be refunded for all cancelations. Your appointments are very important to me, and it is reserved personally for you for weeks in advance. I understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore I respectfully request appointments be cancelled/ rescheduled  48 HOURS before your scheduled time

  • A reminder text will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment, giving you the opportunity to confirm or cancel. A prompt response is greatly appreciated, as it helps me offer any openings to clients eagerly waiting for last-minute availability.

 

  • Please note: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the remaining balance of the service being charged to the card on file as a last-minute cancellation fee. No show will result in the inability to book with me again.

5.  Guarantee

  • My acrylic/ gel nails are guaranteed for 5 days after your appointment; EXCLUDING BREAKAGE! 

  • If you lose an enhancement or notice chips, lifting in the first 5 days, please contact me ASAP to schedule a free repair. 

  • Repair after 5 days or for breakage, tears, corner breaks are $10 AND UP/each nail (depending on length and if that nail has a design that needs to be redrawn again)

Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools!  Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:

Rude, mean, or disrespectful people.

Anyone arrived more than 20 minutes late for an appointment. 

 Anyone has multiple cancellations at short notice. (less than 24HRS before appointment). 

Badly bitten nails or too short to work with. If you do bite your nails, please send me a picture of your nails to see if I’m able to work with them BEFORE BOOKING. 
Anyone with a nail condition I suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the nail area.
• Anyone in ill health that I suspect may be contagious.
